Privacy Policy — Airtraining

Effective date: July 1, 2026

1. What data we collect

• Full name, email address, phone number — provided during registration
• Date of birth, nationality, gender — provided during registration
• Training program and user role — assigned by administrator
• Flight reservations and training session records
• Device token — used exclusively for push notifications

2. How we use your data

• To provide access to the app and its features
• To manage flight reservations and training schedules
• To send push notifications about flight plans and bookings

3. Who has access

Your data is stored on Supabase servers (EU region, eu-north-1). Only administrators of your aviation training organization can view your data. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.

4. Third-party services

• Supabase — database and authentication (supabase.com/privacy)
• Firebase (Google) — push notifications (policies.google.com/privacy)

5. Push notifications

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver push notifications. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

6. Data retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.

7. Data deletion

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time directly in the app: go to Settings → Delete Account. This immediately and permanently removes your profile and associated records. Alternatively, you may request deletion by contacting us at: info@airtraining.eu
